Items purchased on OutletTrail have a 30 day return policy except where noted
below:
15 day return policy:- All Factory Serviced Products

Electronic Items including; GPS Units, Computers, PDA's, Telephones and Cameras.
Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and
the carrier will charge you for freight. All merchandise must be returned in
their original box with the original packing materials, including all the accessories
and documentation. All merchandise not meeting this criteria or outside the
return time frame will not be accepted.
Returns for credit:
Return Freight is to be paid by the customer, OutletTrail is not responsible for return shipping charges. We will, however, refund your original purchase price INCLUDING the original freight amount.
Returns must be sent to us via a trackable method of shipping. We recommend using UPS and Federal Express. USPS is not recommended. We are not responsible for returns that do not show delivered to the correct address on the carriers website.
Returns for replacement:
OutletTrail.com will pay ALL freight charges on defective or damaged items including the charges incurred to re-ship you the replacement product.

Return Authorizations are valid for 21 days. Items returned after the 21 days will either be accessed a 60% re-stocking fee or returned to sender at our discretion. You can print the RMA form here.
Once you receive the Return Authorization Number, please fill out the form and
return it with your package.
