If you find an item elsewhere, before or within 30 days of your purchase from OutletTrail (15 days for computer products, camcorders, video games, and digital cameras), you will be eligible for our "100% price protection" program.

Here's how it works:

The item must be the identical product, including model, features, color, packaging, manufacturer, etc.

The price you wish us to match must be verifiable on the Internet or through a printed advertisement. The competitor's advertisement must be current. OutletTrail will only match prices with other authorized vendors.

Matching retailer must have the item in stock at time of price match.

Sales where quantities are limited do not qualify.

Sales running for a period of time less than two days do not qualify.

Refunds are limited to a maximum of three claims per Customer per twelve-month period and up to a maximum of $500 per Customer per twelve-month period.

Calculation of the amount of your credit will take into account sales tax and shipping.
